• Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can move through a page in order.
• Keyboard access to the navigation, the cart, forms and the search field, with a visible focus outline.
• Text alternatives on photographs, written by our team rather than generated.
• Colour combinations chosen for contrast, and text that stays readable when the browser zooms to 200 percent.
• Form fields with real labels, and errors described in text rather than colour alone.
• Layouts that reflow on small screens without a horizontal scroll.

We have not completed an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance. Areas we are still checking include chart content in staff screens, some longer form tables on narrow screens, and captions on any video we add later. We will update this page as those are resolved.
